Our brand is therefore cruelty-free but we wanted to push our approach further by making our products vegan. This means that our products do not contain any ingredients of animal origin.
Biobased, what is it?
Bio-based ingredients come from renewable organic matter (biomass).
In our varnishes, our biosourced ingredients are mainly of plant origin because our products are vegan.

For example, our solvents come from sugar cane or cassava, nitrocellulose (film-forming agent that creates a solid layer) comes from cotton and certain corn plasticizers.
Our varnishes JCH Respect are 12-Free, what does that mean?
