PLA     :

POLYLACTIC ACID

WHAT IS PLA?

Polylactic acid, also called PLA, is a biodegradable polymer in industrial composting from corn starch. It is petroleum free and environmentally safe.

WHAT DOES BIODEGRADABLE MEAN?

A biodegradable product is a product which can, under temperature conditions,  humidity, oxygenation, be degraded by microorganisms,  fungi and / or bacteria. In other words, it is the bacteria naturally present in nature that will take care of degrading the object.
All you need to do is place the product packaging in a compost.
